IT IS A PET OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO SPAY OR NEUTER THEIR PETS TO PERVENT UNWANTED PUPPIES AND KITTENS. IT IS NOT THE HUMANE SOCIETY OR THE CITY POUNDS JOB TO TAKE CARE OF THE UNWANTED PROBLEMS. PLEASE PEOPLE OF AVOYELLES WAKE UP AND REALIZE WE HAVE A OVER POPULATION PROBLEM!!!!!
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO HAVE YOUR ANIMALS SPAYED AND/OR NEUTURED AND SEEN BY A VET ONCE A YEAR.
WE HAVE BEEN FORCED ONCE AGAIN TO CLOSE OUR DOORS. SORRY WE CAN NO LONGER TAKE IN ANY MORE ANIMALS, DUE TO LACK OF HELP AND FUNDS. HOPE AVOYELLES GETS HELP SOON WITH THEIR ANIMAL PROBLEM!!
